Services and prices
The shop offers services: will drafting and financial consultations. Prices shown against each product are final. Online payments are handled by an external payment provider (Stripe) – we never see your full card details. The amount paid for a financial consultation is fully offset against our fee if you decide to proceed with us.
Delivery
Services are delivered at a time agreed with you after your order (we normally get in touch within a few working days to arrange it). Wills and estate planning are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Payment, commencement of work and refunds
By placing an order you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately upon payment, before the end of the 14-day period from purchase. Work starts the moment you pay – this includes preparing your consultation and work on your will. For this reason fees are non-refundable – this applies to both consultations and will drafting, including where a booked consultation is cancelled. By accepting these terms at purchase you acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed your statutory right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) is lost, and that if you withdraw earlier we may retain the fee corresponding to work already started or carried out. You can reschedule a consultation free of charge by contacting us in advance at info@albionfa.co.uk.

Please send complaints to info@albionfa.co.uk or call 01302 590039 – we respond promptly. For matters concerning regulated services you may also refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service (financial-ombudsman.org.uk, tel. 0800 023 4567).
Personal data and governing law
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. Contracts concluded through the shop are governed by the law of England and Wales; this does not limit your consumer rights.
