How this calculator works & current 100% LTV lenders
Income assessment. Skipton and April apply a loan-to-income cap of 4.49× gross income; Hanley and Melton use manual affordability.
Rent-based caps. Skipton and Hanley cap the new payment against your current rent – up to 150% (Skipton) or 133% (Hanley) of what you pay now.
Monthly payments. Calculated with the standard capital-and-interest annuity formula at each lender's rate over your chosen term.
